It is my firm belief and experience that change, and healing is possible. Change in behavior, change in thinking patterns and healing of our emotional scars is not always easy. It would be an honor to walk with you, with Christ, through healing of challenging life situations, behavior patterns, or negative perceptions that are holding you back from experiencing internal peace and meaning in your life. There is a peace that surpasses all understanding (Phil 4:7).

Areas of Interest: Anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, parenting skills, and relationship issues. I work with ages 3-12 and adults.

Education & Experience: Master of Science in Science and Mathematics (Psychology), North Dakota State University. Primary training in CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), PCIT (Parent Child Interaction Therapy), Behavior Assessment/Modification, rostered in TI-CPP (Trauma Informed Child Parent Psychotherapy). Training in nutrition and mental health, autoimmune issues, and grief. I have experience with individual, family, and group therapy in a variety of settings including in-home, in-school, and outpatient.
