Our team of trained and licensed professionals is passionate about Jesus, the Gospel, and helping the hurting and broken in our region.
Individual Counseling
Persons struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, lack of self-esteem, abuse, grief, loss, and other personal & emotional concerns can be offered assistance.
Premarital Counseling
Counselors help each couple to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, and areas of improvement in the relationship - all to launch a happy and successful marriage.
Marriage Counseling
Maintaining a healthy marriage is our goal. Counselors are available for couples who desire to grow closer, stronger, and deeper in their love for one another.
Family Counseling
We recognize the actions and attitudes of each family member affects the family as a whole. With this in mind, our counselors attempt to include as many members of the family in counseling as is appropriate.
Child Counseling
We view children as a wonderful gift, and our counselors want to help them become emotionally, mentally, socially, and spiritually strong. With compassion and grace, children and adolescents feel understood and accepted.
Teen Counseling
Teens today face tremendous pressures, and must cope with a changing and ambiguous social culture. At Valley Christian Counseling and Wellness, our counselors are here to listen, and provide help and hope to teens.
Men's Counseling
Counselors at Valley Christian Counseling and Wellness welcome men to explore and examine their struggles in a safe setting of respect, free from shame and condemnation.
Spiritual Direction
God is at the center of everything we do. For a person of faith, growing closer in a relationship with God is paramount. Spiritual Direction counselors provide direction and discernment.
Financial Counseling
If you need some help with financial goal planning - or are in debt - our financial counseling uses a biblical backdrop to help you focus on how to become financially sound and avoiding unhealthy traps.
Occupational Therapy
Our occupational therapists will assess and address functional concerns with an understanding for the physical, sensory, cognitive, and social components of each person.
Physical Therapy
Mental, physical, and emotional health work together. We will help improve your physical health to improve your mood and ability to cope with stress.
Dietitian Services
Diet and mental health are closely linked. Improving your nutrition can directly affect your physical and mental health symptoms and improve overall mental wellness.
TMS Therapy
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation is a non-invasive FDA-approved therapy to treat adult major depressive disorder not improved by antidepressant medication. Magnetic pulses stimulate nerve cells in the part of the brain controlling the mood.
mPNS Therapy
Magnetic Peripheral Nerve Stimulation is a non-invasive FDA-approved therapy to treat chronic pain without using drugs or surgery. Brief and focused magnetic pulses non-invasively
stimulate peripheral nerves to
relieve pain in adult patients.
Groups & Retreats
Christ-centered men's and women's groups are a safe place to learn truth, understand behavior & boundaries, share painful experiences, and grow emotionally, relationally, and spiritually healthy. Retreats enable opportunities for relationship and spiritual growth.
