Executive Assistant (Part-Time)
Are you the person who notices the little things and loves finding ways to make people feel genuinely known and valued?
Valley Christian Counseling & Wellness is looking for a Part-Time Executive Assistant to support our Co-CEOs and help us care well for the people who make Valley what it is.
Yes, this role includes calendars, scheduling, meetings, and administrative details. But we’re looking for more than someone who can keep a calendar organized. We’re looking for someone who notices people, communicates with warmth and wisdom, and quietly handles the details that allow our leaders to spend more time leading, developing people, and moving Valley’s mission forward.
What you’ll do
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting preparation for Valley’s Co-CEOs
- Draft and respond to emails that communicate clearly and reflect Valley’s heart
- Coordinate correspondence, documents, and administrative follow-up
- Anticipate needs and keep important details from falling through the cracks
- Help ensure staff and provider milestones are remembered and celebrated, stepping in with a thoughtful touch when needed
You may be a great fit if you…
- Have experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Are highly organized, dependable, and attentive to people
- Communicate warmly and professionally, including in writing
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Want your administrative gifts to contribute to a Christ-centered mission
