Cybil Johnson
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
I enjoy helping others achieve the joy that comes with healing through counseling and spiritual reflection. Following Jesus’ example, I strive to create a welcoming and safe environment for clients to share their struggles and receive non-judgmental acceptance as they improve life and strengthen relationships.
Meeting clients where they are at, I empower through strength-based and solution-focused approaches. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to guide and support clients through tough times and toward a better quality of life. With the Holy Spirit’s guidance, I walk with each client in their experience of God’s forgiveness and grace. (Ephesians 1:7)
