“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God”
~ 2 Corinthians 1:3-4
Physical therapy is great for anyone whose daily activity is being limited by aches and pains. Whether you’ve been given a diagnose such as fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, or having been dealing with chronic back pain, physical therapy can help.
There is no one-size-fits-all treatment plan. I work with clients to determine the treatments that will work best for them. Sometimes, these are manual techniques, such as muscle energy or soft tissue mobilization. Other times, healing happens best through simple stretching and strengthening.
By bringing my skills to Valley, my prayer is to help people restore their physical health and return to activities that bring joy into their lives.
