As a dually licensed therapist in addiction and mental health, it is a blessing to get the opportunity to walk with clients on their path to recovery as a trusted counselor. My goal is to create a safe environment where we can focus on holistic wellness. It is my belief that creating a spiritual foundation is essential to overcoming many challenges, including addictions, mental health, and interpersonal struggles, as well as exploring and practicing values. 

My counseling style utilizes a combination of motivational interviewing, person-centered, strength-based, solution-focused, and cognitive approaches.
