Sarah Stigen
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
I have a passion for encouraging others and see it as a privilege to come alongside them as they face life’s challenges. I maintain a holistic approach to mental health as I believe that our mind, body, and spirit can all work together for the glory of God. My goal is to provide clients with an accepting and supportive environment, while equipping them with the tools they need to help them overcome negative behavior and thought patterns, enabling them to achieve their emotional and spiritual potential. I collaborate with clients to identify solutions to the issues they face through the utilization of solution-focused therapies, cognitive behavioral therapies, EMDR, and formational prayer.
