Andrew Mansmith
Intern
My approach to counseling is holistic and integrative, recognizing that each person’s story is shaped by their relationships, experiences, wounds, beliefs, and hopes. I draw from attachment-focused, narrative, and trauma-informed approaches, as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS), to help clients better understand themselves and the stories they carry. I believe that meaningful change often begins by creating a safe and compassionate space where clients can slow down, become more aware of what is happening within them, and approach even the most difficult parts of themselves with curiosity rather than judgment.
I work with individuals experiencing loneliness, anxiety, depression, apathy, shame, a lack of purpose, and other struggles that can leave them feeling disconnected from themselves, others, and God. My hope is to come alongside each person as they explore their story, develop a deeper understanding of themselves, and move toward greater wholeness, connection, and purpose.
