“Shame dies when stories are told in safe places.” – Ann Voskamp

Many of us carry emotional wounds that quietly shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world—often leaving us feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I believe healing begins when we learn to engage our life stories with curiosity and compassion rather than shame or judgment. My role as a therapist is to gently help you uncover the roots of these patterns and make sense of your story within a safe and supportive space.

Using a blend of psychodynamic, attachment-based, and relational approaches, I come alongside you with empathy, warmth, and a grounded presence. When our pain is witnessed with care, its power begins to soften, and new possibilities for growth and freedom can emerge.

My own story has been one of God meeting me in my brokenness and revealing His love and heart for healing. This experience fuels my deep passion for walking with others as they seek freedom, peace, and wholeness. I’m especially drawn to working with those who feel exhausted from striving—whether through perfectionism, people-pleasing, or performing for worth—and who long to live more freely and authentically.

Whether you’re navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, religious harm, or the weight of simply holding it all together, your story matters. Therapy can be a sacred space to lay down what’s heavy, name what’s been hidden, and move toward the healing and freedom you were created for. Wherever you are in your journey, it would be an honor to walk with you.
