When you step into counseling, I want to come alongside you as you discover what the Lord has for you in this season of life. I was drawn to counseling after seeing how impactful it can be for someone to simply feel seen, heard, and understood, something that not everyone has the opportunity to experience. I believe God created each of us uniquely, and He can meet us in both our greatest joys and our deepest hardships. I believe counseling can provide a meaningful space to slow down, process the hardships and experiences that have shaped you, and explore the best way to foster growth and healing. My hope is to collaborate with you in identifying tools and resources that can help you move toward greater understanding, confidence, and wholeness.

I strive to create a nonjudgmental, compassionate, and holistic space where you can feel safe being honest about what you are experiencing. I want to honor the whole person- mind, body, relationships, and spirituality- as we work together.
