The healing and restoration of the soul is a worthwhile pursuit. Together, we will compassionately and curiously explore your story, reflecting on themes, patterns, and meaning as you seek newness of life.
The process will be anchored in hope with a framework rooted in attachment and developmental theories. Counseling is tailored to your pace and may include EMDR therapy. When desired, sessions can also incorporate faith integration, creative expression, and play-based activities.

Master of Arts in Counseling with an Emphasis in Biblical Studies through Crown College Saint Bonifacius, MN
Bachelor of Science in Nursing through Indiana Wesleyan University
Basic Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Experience
I have been a part of the Valley Christian Counseling & Wellness team since 2024.
Formative experiences include serving as a missionary in an international orphanage and completing my BSN capstone at a shelter for women and children in an inner-city community.
