We are a nonprofit ministry • You can help us bring hope, help, and healing to others

Clinical Mental Health Counseling

As a counselor, it is a privilege to walk alongside individuals seeking healing and restoration in the midst of emotional distress, relational struggles, trauma, and questions of identity and purpose. I am especially drawn to working with clients navigating mood disorders, addiction, significant life transitions, and attachment wounds. It is a joy to support clients as they process their stories and grow in understanding of themselves and their relationships, moving toward greater freedom, belonging, and wholeness.
My clinical approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, attachment theory, and acceptance and commitment therapy. These approaches are integrated with a Christ-centered perspective on healing and growth. The redemptive work of Christ provides the foundation for a compassionate space where individuals can feel seen, heard, and valued as they explore their lives and experiences.
I approach each session with humility, curiosity, and joy in discovering the story God is writing in each person’s life. My hope is to support clients as they deepen self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward lives marked by freedom, hope, and joy.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time in nature, reading, doing “granny crafts,” and being with friends and family. Maintaining rhythms of rest, reflection, and connection helps me remain grounded and present, and I am grateful for the ways God uses both my personal and professional experiences to walk alongside others on their journey toward healing.
