For more than 15 years, I have had the privilege of working with children, families, and individuals across community mental health and school settings as a clinical counselor, behavior interventionist, and elementary school teacher. Today, my work is primarily telehealth-based, focusing exclusively on supporting adults (18+), parents of young children, and those seeking supervision for licensure.

To support the parent-child relationship, I draw from evidence-based models like PCIT, Theraplay, CCPT, and CPRT to coach parents directly. In my individual work, I utilize CBT and EMDR, prioritizing a deeply collaborative therapeutic relationship. Ultimately, my work is rooted in the truth that God is relational, and His heart is entirely focused on restoring relationships through the sacrifice of His Son. It is my greatest privilege to witness the gospel play out in these healing connections, pointing clients back to the One who heals and loves best.
